About Me
I am a professional triathlete, mom, coach and registered dietitian, based in Cape Town, South Africa. I started my triathlon journey in 2015 and received my professional racing license in 2019.
I podiumed at my Pro debut race, Ironman 70.3 Japan in 2019, finishing 2nd female overall and qualified for Ironman world champs 2019 in Nice, France where I placed in the top 35 pro females in the world.
I had our little girl, Abby, in November 2023, and while being a mom has completely shifted my life, I still have big goals and plans to race competitively both locally and internationally. I also hope to inspire other mom athletes by showing that it’s possible to continue racing while being a mom, and that motherhood doesn’t have to mark the end of a competitive career.
